(Las Vegas, NV) — Metro’s Use of Force Board has recommended firing a police officer for his actions in a shooting.
A pre-termination hearing will be held for 36-year-old Jacquar Roston.
He remains on administrative leave for shooting a man in the leg last November at a northeast valley park.
The police union claims Roston mistook a hat with a metallic sticker for a weapon.
