Former Silverado Coach Convicted
Las Vegas — A Silverado High School coach was convicted today on multiple counts of child sex exploitation.
44 year old Albert Silva Hernandez exchanged explicit text messages and photographs with an underage female.
Hernandez was a softball coach at Silverado High School when this started. Police say he photographed sexual acts and sent them to the girl, and asked the girl to send him explicit photographs.
Hernandez could face 15 to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 on each count.
He’s scheduled to be sentenced on August 5.
