(Carson City, NV) — A bill to create medical marijuana dispensaries in Nevada is moving forward.

The Senate Judiciary Committee has approved a plan that would set up dozens of pot dispensaries around the state.

Sellers would have to pay a licensing fee of $20,000.

Medical marijuana is legal in Nevada, but the law has no provision for patients to buy pot.
