( Las Vegas, NV ) – We’re learning more about the renovation going on at the corner of Flamingo and Las Vegas Blvd.
Now owned by Caesars Entertainment, the hotel on the northeast corner of the famous intersection will be getting a new hard-to-pronounce name: Gansevoort Las Vegas.
The New York-based Gansevoort Hotel Group and nightlife impresario Victor Drai are teaming up with Caesars for what they say will be a 188-room upscale hotel. They say it will feature a “destination restaurant” overlooking the Strip, but they haven’t named it just yet. There will also be a pool on the hotel’s roof when the project is finished early next year.
