Las Vegas – UNLV baseball head coach Tim Chambers who’s contract was set expire this June, has received a two-year contract extension.

Chambers who was very successful at the College of Southern Nevada before coming to UNLV has compiled a 69-59 record in the last three seasons with the Rebels including a great start this season at 10-3.

The Rebels hit the road this Friday to play a three game series against nationally ranked Stanford.
