Las Vegas Strip shooting suspect Ammar Harris(LAPD booking photo)
(Los Angeles, CA) — The man accused of killing three people on the Las Vegas Strip will appear before a Los Angeles judge later this morning.
It’s unclear whether 26-year-old Ammar Harris will fight extradition.
Harris was arrested at a Studio City apartment on Thursday, one week after the shooting death of Kenneth Cherry Junior and a fiery crash that claimed the lives of two people.
Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson says Harris could face the death penalty if convicted.
