(Reno, NV) — Nevada Assemblyman Steven Brooks was asked to leave a Reno casino.
Brooks reportedly had a disagreement with staffers at a restaurant inside the Grand Sierra Resort on Friday evening, according to a report in the “Las Vegas Sun”.
The North Las Vegas Democrat claims he was told to leave because the waitress recognized him from recent “bad press.”
Brooks faces removal from the Assembly after being arrested twice since January, once for allegedly threatening Speaker Marilyn Kirkpatrick.
