(Irvine, CA) — Nevada remains one of the worst states for foreclosures.
RealtyTrac says one in every 344 Nevada homes had a foreclosure filing in January. That’s down 43% from a year ago, even though filings actually increased 19% from the previous month.
Among metro areas, the Las Vegas Valley came in sixth overall.
Florida cities accounted for six out of the top metro areas for foreclosures last month.
