(Las Vegas, NV) — New details have been released on Assemblyman Steven Brooks’ second arrest in less than a month.
A Metro Police report says the lawmaker threw a punch at officers, and pulled his wife’s hair at his home early Sunday morning.
While being handcuffed, Brooks swore at a police supervisor, telling him “I’m an Assemblyman,” and told his wife “I’ll get you for this!”
Brooks was booked on misdemeanor counts of domestic battery and obstructing an officer. He is out on bail.
