(Las Vegas, NV) — The state’s largest labor union is preparing for contract talks with Las Vegas casinos.

Members of Culinary Local 226 held meetings at Cashman Center yesterday to discuss strategy.

Union members want hotels to keep the current wage and benefits package in place.

Five-year agreements at a number of resorts on the Strip and downtown Vegas are set to expire June 1st.
