Las Vegas – The Runnin’ Rebels managed to put a stop to their two game losing streak, with a big win at home Saturday night, beating #15 New Mexico 64-55.

Freshman forward Anthony Bennett led the way for UNLV with 17 points and 12 rebounds. Bryce DeJean-Jones and Katin Reinhardt chipped in, both scoring 16 points. The win marks UNLV’s 18th of the season (18-6) and 5th in the Mountain West (5-4) the Rebels are back on the road Wednesday to take on the Air Force Falcons.
