CBS LAS VEGAS-A Justice Department memo concludes that the United States government can order the killing of American citizens if they believe the individual is a senior operational leader or and associated force of Al-Qaida. They can order the kill with no intelligence indicating they are engaged in a polt to attack the United States. Jeffrey Addicott, Professor of Law and the Director of the Center for Terrorism Law at St. Mary’s University, talks about the memo that was released regarding drones and is this unconstitutional. Do you think it’s constitutional for the killing of Americas overseas with the use of drones? Callers tell us if they think it’s constitutional.
