(North Las Vegas, NV) — The doctor accused of sexually assaulting a 68-year-old patient has failed a polygraph exam.

The “Review-Journal” says 34-year-old Mane Shah denied allegations made by the woman and staffers at North Vista Hospital.

North Las Vegas police say Shah consented to the test, but the examiner claims Shah tried to beat the lie detector with “countermeasures.”

Shah faces a felony count of sexual assault for the November incident.
