(Las Vegas, NV) — Authorities say three top officials at a Las Vegas limousine company and six associates have been arrested on a federal indictment alleging they provided drugs and prostitutes to tourists and clients, and scammed credit card companies with bogus charges.

Officials say CLS Nevada LLC owner Charles Horky, manager Kimberly Flores and financial adviser Archie Granata were among nine people arrested Thursday while FBI agents raided the company office several blocks off the Las Vegas Strip.

Documents show each faces conspiracy, racketeering, fraud and unlawful use of a facility of interstate commerce charges that could get them up to life in federal prison.

The other six people are accused of having various roles in the scheme.

FBI Las Vegas Agent-in-Charge Kevin Favreau (fa-VROH’) says the arrests disrupted a major racketeering enterprise.
