Man Arrested In Casino Shooting

(Las Vegas, NV)  —  A Las Vegas man is accused of shooting at Circus Circus security officers.

Police say 22-year-old Joshua Olvera faces counts of attempted murder and burglary, after he allegedly broke into a car at the Strip resort’s parking garage early Thursday morning.

Authorities say three security guards interrupted the burglary and were fired upon, but no one was hit.

Information from the guards led to Olvera’s arrest.
