(Las Vegas, NV)  —  Career students at Nevada’s colleges and universities may soon pay more.

The Board of Regents will consider a proposal this week that would charge longtime students 50% more per credit, for having at least 150% of the credits needed to graduate.

If approved, the new policy would take effect in the fall of 2014.
