CBS LAS VEGAS-Grover Norquist made a pledge two years ago that Republicans signed and it says that whoever signs the pledge they will not raise taxes. As the fiscal cliff nears, Republicans are breaking their pledge and said that they would raise taxes if they get entitlement reform. Should Republican members of Congress break their no tax increase pledge to Grover Norquist, in order to avoid the so called “fiscal cliff”?
