(Las Vegas, NV) — In what has become a regular occurrence involving accused murderer and drunk driver Gary Lee Hosey, his arraignment was delayed yet again Wednesday at the Regional Justice Center.
The Clark County Public Defender assigned the case to new attorneys after Dayvid Figler and Kristina Wildeveld opted out due to lack of resources from their client.
Hosey stated to Judge Jennifer Togliatti that he would like to retain Figler and Wildeveld, but that request was quickly dismissed.
Hosey will be in court next on Dec. 5th after the new assigned attorneys have had a chance to meet with the 24 year-old.
Hosey remains is still behind bars at the Clark County Detention Center on $4 million bail.
