(Carson City, NV)  –  A conservative think tank is opposed to expanding Medicaid in Nevada.

The Nevada Policy Research Institute says the Silver State doesn’t have enough doctors willing to take new patients.

A group of doctors recently urged Governor Brian Sandoval to add 71,000 uninsured Nevadans to Medicaid under the federal Affordable Care Act.

Sandoval says he won’t make a decision until January.
