LAS VEGAS (AP) — Officials say more than 250 vehicles and 500 other items ranging from computers to bicycles to unclaimed items found at McCarran International Airport are coming up for auction in Las Vegas.

Clark County officials say Friday is the last day for pre-registration for Saturday’s 8 a.m. government surplus auction at Horsemans and Dog Fanciers Park lot near East Flamingo Road and Stephanie Street.

Vehicles include police cars, and merchandise was collected or used by various state and local government agencies including Las Vegas police, the Las Vegas Convention Center, the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and Clark County schools.

Prospective bidders need to present a valid identification.
