(Los Angeles, CA)  –  A Los Angeles judge has cut Steve Wynn’s defamation award.

The “Hollywood Reporter” says Wynn’s $40 million judgement was reduced to just $19 million.

Wynn sued “Girls Gone Wild” mogul Joe Francis, after Francis claimed the Las Vegas casino owner threatened to kill him.

Francis’ legal team says there’s a, “100 percent chance of success” of appealing the remainder of the award.
