(Las Vegas, NV)  –  Investigators say a Las Vegas woman accused of trying to vote twice did so to test the system.

According to the secretary of state’s office, 56-year-old Roxanne Rubin was upset when poll workers didn’t check her ID at an early voting location in Henderson, so she went to a second location to expose what she believed was “a weakness in the voting process.”

Rubin, a registered Republican, was arrested Friday.  She faces a felony charge of trying to vote more than once.
