(Las Vegas, NV)  –  An Assembly candidate is set to appear in court today over a residency challenge.

Democrat Andrew Martin has been accused by his opponent, Republican Kelly Hurst, of not living in the southwest valley’s District Nine.

Hurst claims Martin actually lives in a home outside the district.

Martin says he lives in a condo inside the district, and the house is actually used as his office.
