(Las Vegas, NV)  –  Traffic in downtown Las Vegas will be affected by the third annual Halloween party and parade.

Starting at 3:00 this afternoon, Coolidge, Hoover and Gass Avenues will shut down for the event.

The parade itself will run along Fourth Street, between Hoover and Ogden Avenues, starting at 4:00 PM.

A portion of Ogden will close from 5:00 this afternoon until 4:00 tomorrow morning for a free parade after-party.
