(Las Vegas, NV) — The option to early vote seems to be popular among Clark County residents.

Voters have shown up  in record numbers according to Clark County Registrar Larry Lomax. “We are up to over 270,000 people who have voted early.”

And Lomax told KXNT that more people have made it to the polls than in 2008. “We are well above 50 thousand people more than at this time than in 2008.”

If you plan to early vote you can do so at any polling place, but on Election Day you must vote at your specific precinct.
