(Washington, DC) – Governor Brian Sandoval is supporting a federal bill to legalize Internet poker.
The “Review-Journal” says in a letter to Congressional leaders, Sandoval noted that online gaming was “inevitable,” and a bill co-sponsored by Senators Harry Reid and Jon Kyl was a “sensible federal approach.”
Sandoval’s stance puts him at odds with the National Governors Association, which is fighting efforts to legalize online poker.
