(Las Vegas, NV)  –  A Henderson man is facing charges in an alleged Ponzi scheme.

Federal prosecutors say 54-year-old Gordon Driver was arrested in Las Vegas earlier this month and will be tried in Los Angeles.

Driver is accused of bilking investors out of $15 million in a commodity futures trading program.

Prosecutors allege Driver used the money to pay earlier investors and buy personal items.
