(Henderson, NV) – A group of developers will pay the city of Henderson more than $13 million for land to build a new industrial park.
The city council approved the offer Tuesday night for 150 acres between the M Resort and the Henderson Executive Airport.
The land itself was acquired by the city from the Bureau of Land Management.
Developers plan to construct 14 buildings, including a 300,000 square foot FedEx distribution center.
