(Las Vegas, NV) — Las Vegas home prices have increased for the eighth straight month.
September figures, released this morning by the Greater Las Vegas Association, show the median price of single-family homes sold in September was $140,000, up 1.4% from $138,000 in August and up 13.5% from one year ago.
GLVAR statistics also highlight a trend toward fewer foreclosures and more short sales.
