City Takes Aim At Smoking In Parks
(Las Vegas, NV) — Lighting up in a Las Vegas city park could soon be illegal.
A revised code was introduced at this week’s city council meeting. It would not only ban smoking, but prohibit the use of water features for bathing or washing clothes.
Councilman Bob Beers opposes the smoking ban, and Councilman Bob Coffin says the final draft could see significant changes before it goes for a final vote.
