(Las Vegas, NV) — Authorities have identified a woman found beaten and dead inside her apartment over the weekend in Las Vegas’ Summerlin community.
Clark County coroner’s officials say 46-year-old Shauna Tiaffay died of multiple blunt force injuries from an assault.
Tiaffay was found a little after 9 a.m. Saturday at her apartment on the 2600 block of South Pavilion Center. Police Capt. Chris Jones says the woman’s husband, who doesn’t live with her, made the discovery.
Homicide detectives are investigating, but Jones says police have no suspect information.
