(Las Vegas, NV)  —  More than 11,000 people packed Desert Pines High School last night to see President Obama.

During his 30-minute speech at the southeast valley campus, the president lowered expectations about his upcoming debate with Mitt Romney, calling him a “good debater” and ranking himself as “just OK.”

Obama told supporters he hoped to have a “serious discussion” about what was needed to “keep this country growing.”

It was the president’s eighth trip to Nevada this year, and his 16th since taking office.
