TV’s “Vegas” Scores Ratings Gold
(Las Vegas, NV) — CBS’ new period drama “Vegas” scored big numbers for the network.
Nielsen Media Research says nearly 15-million viewers tuned in Tuesday night for the series inspired by the life and career of longtime Sheriff Ralph Lamb. That was nearly double the combined numbers for rivals “Private Practice” on ABC and “Parenthood” on NBC.
It was also the largest audience for a new CBS drama in the Tuesday at 10:00 pm timeslot in a decade.
