(Carson City, NV)  –  Election ballots are on the way to eligible Nevadans serving in the military.

Secretary of State Ross Miller says the ballots have been mailed 45-days before the November general election, as required under federal law.  He says rumors the military ballots would not be sent on time are “inaccurate.”

Nevada was recently named one of 15 “all-star states” by the Military Voter Protection Project.
