(Las Vegas, NV) – The man responsible for killing a 12-year-old with his car girl last October will remain in jail.
Justin Caramanica made his initial appearance in a Las Vegas courtroom Tuesday morning. Caramanica, 42, was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on charges of driving under the influence, failure to drive within marked lanes, and driving on a revoked license after he crashed into a parked car on Saturday.
He was free while awaiting sentencing in November for the DUI crash that killed Faith Love while she was trick-or-treating last October. Caramanica had pleaded guilty in that case.
Caramanica will be in court Thursday in front of Judge Kadish to revoke his bail.
