(Las Vegas, NV) –Gary Lee Hosey Jr. will remain in custody on $4 million bail.
The man charged with driving under the influence in a crash that killed four people waiting at a bus stop appeared in court before Judge Conrad Hafen. Hafen denied the defense request for bail to be set at $3,000.
Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson told KXNT that he learned of a third blood test early Friday morning. That test was actually the first of three and Wolfson believes will be the most accurate.
The 2nd and 3rd blood tests that Hosey took came under the legal limit.
A preliminary hearing was set for Oct. 19.
The crash happened Sept. 13 on Spring Mountain Road near Decatur Boulevard.
