(Las Vegas, NV) — A new grant program will help businesses in downtown Las Vegas.
The city’s new Quick Start effort will reimburse qualified business owners up to $50,000, for bringing older buildings up to code. Businesses must put up four-dollars for every dollar the city chips in. Officials hope the program will spark new development in the downtown corridor.
The Quick Start money will also go toward redevelopment along West Sahara Avenue and the Charleston and Decatur corridor.
