(Las Vegas, NV)  –  Rides on the Las Vegas Monorail were briefly suspended due to a gas line break.

County firefighters say a construction crew working on Caesars Entertainment’s $550 million Linq entertainment complex on theLas Vegas Strip hit a gas line yesterday afternoon.  Monorail service between the Flamingo and Bally’s resorts had to be suspended for more than an hour.

A Caesars spokeswoman says no one was hurt, but hot water was cut off at both the Flamingo and Imperial Palace hotels.
