From Las Vegas’ Morning News

(Las Vegas, NV) Nevada drivers are paying more at the pump as the summer winds down. Triple A says the average price for a gallon of regular in the Silver State is three-dollars 81-cents, up 12 cents in the past month and eleven cents more than a year ago. In Las Vegas, the average price is three-dollars 70-cents. Sparks has the highest gas prices in Nevada, at just over four-dollars a gallon. Triple-A expects prices to drop as the summer driving season ends and refineries switch production to lower-cost winter gasoline.
