Las Vegas – Donald Trump is selling some of his Vegas condo and hotel rooms to a timeshare firm. About 300 units at the Trump International Tower have been sold to Hilton Grand Vacations for an undisclosed price. Hilton will offer them as timeshares, starting next spring. The 64-story Trump International Tower near the Vegas Strip opened in 2008, just as the economic recession hit. Sales for other units are said to be on the rise, although prices have been reduced.
