(Tampa, FL) – The Republican National Convention is over, and some Nevadans in the Ron Paul-dominated delegation remain uncertain about Mitt Romney.
State GOP leaders believe the party will get behind Romney by the November elections. But some delegates who had a bruising nomination fight earlier this week may not feel the same.
Paul’s Nevada campaign chairman, Carl Bunce, tells the “Review-Journal” those who felt disrespected by this week’s nomination process “probably wouldn’t vote” for Romney anyway. He and other Paul backers say they’ll fight for the Texas congressman’s libertarian positions.
