(Las Vegas, NV) – A group of security officers are suing the Suncoast hotel, claiming they weren’t paid overtime.
The “Sun” says according to the lawsuit, at least 60 officers were required to attend a 20-minute briefing before their shifts, but weren’t compensated.
Wage attorney Leon Greenberg says the Summerlin resort could owe more than $100,000 to the officers.
Suncoast officials have not commented on the suit.
