(Las Vegas, NV) — Paul Ryan is set to make his first appearance in Las Vegas as Mitt Romney’s newly-named running mate.
The Wisconsin congressman is scheduled to hold a rally at Palo Verde High School in the northwest valley, starting at 5 this afternoon. Doors will open to the public around 2 p.m.
The event is free, and tickets can be reserved at www.MittRomney.com/States/Nevada.
After the rally, Ryan is expected to meet with Republican donors at the Venetian resort, owned by billionaire and GOP donor Sheldon Adelson.
