NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. (AP) — About 30 Las Vegas police officers and firefighters are lacing up their skates for a charity hockey game this weekend.

The Las Vegas team is set to face off on the ice 6 p.m. Saturday with Charlotte-Mecklenburg police from North Carolina.

The game will take place at Fiesta Rancho Sobe Ice Arena in North Las Vegas. The $10 tickets will benefit the southern Nevada’s Rape Crisis Center and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
