Suit Seeks Lost Money From Bank Failure

(Las Vegas, NV)  —  Federal regulators have filed a lawsuit to recover millions of dollars in losses from a failed bank.

The “Sun” says the suit names Edward Jamison, the former CEO of Community Bank of Nevada and Community Bank of Arizona.  The suit claims Jamison transferred risky real estate loans from the Las Vegas bank to the Arizona division.

The suit seeks at least $11 million.  Jamison’s attorney denies the allegations, saying,  “there are two sides to every story and no one’s heard our story yet.”
