Caesars Fined In Underage Gambling Case
Las Vegas – Caesars Entertainment has agreed to pay a 100-thousand-dollar fine for underage gambling and drinking at four of its casinos.
The Las Vegas Sun says state gaming agents found nine incidents of minors gambling and drinking at Caesars-owned Harrah’s, Flamingo, Caesars Palace and the Rio between January 2010 and May 2012.
Records say the minors were either not asked to show identification, or they presented proper ID and were allowed to gamble and drink despite their ages. The Nevada Gaming Commission will consider the settlement at a future meeting.
