GEORGE NOORY IN LAS VEGAS: Get tickets now -- be there June 9!

(Henderson, NV)  — Henderson’s newest police chief is now on duty.

Patrick Moers was sworn into office by the city council last night.  The 48-year-old Moers has been with the police department since 1991, recently serving as deputy chief.

He replaces Jutta Chambers, who retired earlier this year.

Moers is Henderson’s 12th police chief since the city was incorporated in 1953.
