(Carson City, NV)  –  Governor Brian Sandoval hasn’t yet decided whether to expand Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act.  He says there are still questions whether the federal government can penalize states that don’t take part in the program, and whether the Silver State can afford to add to the Medicaid rolls.

Sandoval says once those questions are answered, he’ll make an “informed decision.”

Nevada is moving forward with plans to implement a health care exchange.
