Las Vegas – The Las Vegas housing market is making a positive comeback.  The National Associations of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals got together yesterday to hear a message from the Attorney General.  AG Catherine Cortez Masto told the realtors there are positive signs in the housing market.  She says Senate Bill 284 being passed has helped because it stopped the robo signing.  Masto also says the nationwide mortgage settlement Nevada received is helping homeowners who are underwater.  Overall, Masto says home prices are increasing which is a good sign for the economy.
