(Las Vegas, NV)  —  Dangerously high temperatures are expected to hit the Las Vegas Valley this week.  The National Weather Service has issued an excessive heat warning from tomorrow morning through Wednesday evening, as highs are expected to reach up to 113 degrees.

Yesterday was the hottest day in Las Vegas so far this year, with the official high at 110.  It didn’t set any new records, but expect a high of at least 111 by this afternoon.

Temperatures should fall to below 110 by Thursday.
